stupid things I've done today
cycled 10 miles quite quickly; my knees really hurt now (as do my calves and my hands) opened a kitchen cupboard into the side of my head; I now have a really cartoonish red lump on my temple undid all the good work of the cycle ride by getting a huge pizza from Asda & then putting even more cheese on it also drinking too much wine
